By accessing or using the Standard IQ Score website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent. In certain jurisdictions, including the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom, we may require additional consent for users under 16.
3. Description of Service
Standard IQ Score provides online cognitive assessments and related reports for entertainment and educational purposes. The tests and results are not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or educational evaluation. See our Disclaimer for full details.
4. User Accounts and Conduct
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your credentials secure. You must not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Copy, scrape, or redistribute content or data without permission
- Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access the Service except where expressly permitted
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
5. Payment and Refunds
Fees for paid products are displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). By completing a purchase, you agree to their terms. Refund requests are handled in accordance with our refund policy; please contact us for eligibility. In the European Union and United Kingdom, you have statutory rights to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days where applicable; see our support or terms for details.

All content, software, designs, and materials on the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS ARE SCIENTIFICALLY OR CLINICALLY VALID. THE TESTS ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL EVALUATION.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW (AND IN THE EEA/UK, NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Standard IQ Score and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Standard IQ Score is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For users in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may also have the right to bring claims in your country of residence under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where otherwise required by law.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
